To work a Tunisian bobble or popcorn stitch, start with a basic foundation row.
As usual, skip the first vertical bar for each row.
Tunisian Bobble Stitch (tbs): Work 3 tunisian double stitch (tds) in next st, YO and draw through three loops on hook.
Row 1: Tunisian knit stitch(tks) in next stitch. Work 3 tks, tbs, repeat from * across to last 2 stitches, work 2 tks. Close normally (ch1, yo and pull through 2 loops until you get back to the beginning.
Row 2: Work tks across, close.
Row 3: *work 3tks, work tbs in next st. Repeat from * to last four stitches. Work 4 tks. Close
Row 4: Work tks across, close.
Repeat rows 1-4 for pattern.
