To work a Tunisian knit stitch purled, you start with the same foundation row as for the other stitches. As for the Tunisian purl stitch, you will need to have the yarn in FRONT of the work. As usual, skip the first stitch. Insert yarn from front to back between the two vertical bars and pull up a loop. Continue across the row, then close normally (ch1, then yo and pull through two loops on hook until you get back to the start of the row).
