This fun scarf uses intermeshing crochet to create a unique geometric colorwork pattern that looks like it’ll take you ages but actually works up surprisingly quickly. If you’re new to intermeshing crochet, it can be a little intimidating at first. There’s no need to worry, however, because the pattern links to a YouTube video that walks you step by step through the first few rows of the pattern to get you started. The pattern includes written instructions with pictures, plus charts and the YouTube video. (In my opinion, the chart and video is easier than just using written instructions, but you’ve got options!). This scarf is generously sized with men in mind, measuring about 6.5″ wide and 74″ long.
Materials Needed:
Worsted weight yarn in two colors. I used Universal Yarns Deluxe Worsted Naturals in Musket and Pewter (approx 125g of each color, or two balls of each color).
